What is a Mobile Notary?
Simply put, we are a commissioned Notary Public that comes to you! Instead of tracking down a notary and hoping they are available, simply book a time with us and set the best location for you. This can be anywhere from your own home, to a coffee shop, a hospital or care home. We will bring everything you need to get your document notarized with ease and accuracy. (We can even print it out if you need!) Most notarizations only take about 15 minutes.

How does it work?
- Schedule an Appointment: Click on “Book A Mobile Notary Appointment Now” button below. Choose your date/time and in the address field, choose your preferred location for us to meet. Select the type of notarization your document requires to the best of your ability. Provide as many details as possible, including the type of documents, number of signatures, whether it requires witnesses, so we can give you an accurate estimate. Make sure to discuss any specific requirements or questions you may have. *There are some documents we are not allowed to notarize in Washington State, including copy certifications of public files like birth certificates.
- Submit Your Booking Deposit: We require a small non-refundable booking deposit that will be applied to your final cost. *See our Services & Fees page for more.
- Receive the Estimate : We will confirm the appointment and provide an estimated cost, including any travel fees. According to Washington State Law, you will need to agree to this Estimate before we travel to you. Your response confirms your appointment. *Other fees that may affect your estimate include : the document requiring more signatures than originally stated, the document requiring a notary provided certificate, or we if we need to wait for you to arrive.
- Prepare Your Documents: Ensure that your documents are complete (filled out with no blank spaces unless they are needed) and ready for notarization. Do not sign them beforehand, as the notary must witness the signing. According to Washington law, we are not permitted give any advice as how to fill out any documents, to give legal advice, or to choose a Notarial Certificate if one is needed.
- Gather Identification: Have your government-issued photo ID ready. Acceptable forms of ID typically include a driver’s license, passport, or state ID card. *Failure to provide satisfactory identification may prevent the notarization and forfeit the booking deposit. Acceptable ID’s List
- Meet the Notary: At the scheduled time, meet us at the agreed-upon location. Bring your documents and ID’s.
- Complete the Notarization: We will look over the document to ensure it is completed and its notarial language complies with Washington State laws. We will then verify your identity, fill out our notary journal with your signature, then you will sign the document itself. After that we can apply our official seal and signature.
- Receive Your Notarized Documents: Once the notarization is complete, you will receive your notarized documents! We can also provide a receipt upon request. We will then collect the rest of the payment for the service.
